‘About’ pages are funny things, aren’t they?

I can write pages of prose and poetry and observations about life, but stick a pen in my hand and ask me to write more specifically about myself and the well runs dry. I. Got. Nothing.

I wonder if I should I tell you about the things that make me different to you? Or should I recount the many, many things that we have in common?

Probably neither.

I can tell you, however, that at its most basic, this site is my place for releasing words and thoughts into the world. Actually, that’s all it is. A place for thinking and wording.

It won’t be for everyone and that is okay. Dip in and out as it suits. And if something particularly resonates with you, post a comment to let me know. I’d love to chat 🙂
